We are SO excited to partner with South Windsor's own, Emily at makefoodlovely to host a another charcuterie board night out! Join us on Wed, Nov. 10th at 6pm for a unique night out.

Have you ever looked at an artisan charcuterie board and thought wow... how did they do that? It’s no secret that we all eat with our eyes first. Charcuterie boards are a blending art and food and a perfect example of how something that looks beautiful tastes better. Join local Emily, owner of makefoodlovely, to learn just how to perfect this art and how to customize and make your own boards at home. As part of this charcuterie class... Emily will let you in on some secrets to success when making charcuterie as well as where to buy the best meats and cheeses and the importance of balance and placement.

During the workshop, you will also customize your very own 12x16 charcuterie board! (Handles & not included, but available as add-on)

Add on cutting board oil (extra charge) to make your board food safe!

  • Our address is 869 Sullivan Ave., South Windsor, CT (in the plaza between Mexicali & Dairy Queen)
  • This event takes place on November 10th at 6pm
  • Only those who are registered are permitted in the studio (1 person per ticket)
  • BYO beer/wine/drinks to enjoy during class!

HOW TO REGISTER:

  1. Choose your stencil options for your charcuterie board from the options below.
  2. IF your stencil includes personalization, enter it into the personalization box. (PLEASE DOUBLE CHECK SPELLING)
  3. If attending with friends, list who you'd like to sit with in the box below.
  4. List any food allergies you have in the box.
  5. If you'd like to add on handles for your board (+$10), click the Yes box. If not, click no.
  6. If you'd like to add on cutting board oil to make your board food safe, click the Yes box. If not, click no.
  7. Agree to terms & proceed with checkout. (PLEASE READ TERMS THOROUGHLY BEFORE CHECKING OUT)

*Simple substitutions of words within the shown design and layout can generally be made at no additional charge but must be submitted to hammerandstainsouthwindsor@gmail.com prior to registering. However, significant changes to our standard designs or special requests for a new design are considered custom and must be pre-approved and submitted to hammerandstainsouthwindsor@gmail.com at least 7 days prior to your event. If approved, a customization fee of $25 will apply.

**Once your order has been submitted we are immediately beginning the process of production of your personalized stencil. Due to the customizations of ALL of our workshops, there are NO REFUNDS FOR WORKSHOPS! However, if you cancel with at least 48-hours-notice your FULL reservation fee will be turned into a store credit that can ONLY be used for future workshops. Same day cancellations or no-shows will NOT get a credit for a future workshop! Please email us (info@hammerandstainsouthwindsor.com) to cancel. If you do not show up for a workshop that you have a spot reserved, you forfeit your payment.
